L71 Lucerne was developed in partnership with NSW DPI. The breeding strategies were to target strong grazing tolerance, while having the ability to withstand fungal diseases. L71 is a high-yielding, high-quality, winter active lucerne with strong persistence under heavy grazing and anthracnose pressure.
