Dean is based in Tatura, Victoria, and services the Northern and Central regions. Dean grew up on his family’s dairy farm before earning a Bachelor of Agriculture and Land Management from Melbourne Polytechnic. He has since been involved in agronomy around the Goulburn Valley, focusing on dairy, irrigation, and pasture production. Prior to joining AlfaGen Seeds, Dean worked in agriculture biotechnology with soil conditioning and livestock supplement products. The main motivation for Dean in agriculture is helping growers become more productive and efficient.
