Jo began her career as an agronomist, gaining a strong foundation in pasture systems and on-farm advisory services. She holds qualifications in Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, and Training and Assessment. Jo entered the seed industry with Barenbrug Seeds as a Regional Sales Manager. Seeking to broaden her global agricultural perspective, she worked as an Agronomic Advisor for the Falkland Islands Government. Returning home, she joined Valley Seeds as the National Sales and Marketing Manager. Prior to joining the AlfaGen Seeds team, Jo worked with dairy farmers in Northern Victoria for Dairy Australia.
